Megan assists in general counsel matters and works with associations to maintain compliance with their governing documents and applicable law, standardizing procedures, revising governing documents, and ensuring compliance with Hawaii state law.
She supports boards of directors by attending board and annual meetings and by advising boards and members on compliance with employment matters.
PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
In 2025, Megan became a board member of the Maui County Bar Association.
Prior to joining Horovitz Tilley, Megan was an associate in a regional pacific northwest law firm located in Seattle, WA where she was a member of the labor and employment and business litigation groups.
In addition to Hawaii, Megan is admitted to practice before the state court of Washington and the United States District Court of Washington.
EDUCTATION
Megan received her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in Seattle, WA. She holds a B. A. in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon.
