Loren handles transactional matters and civil litigation. He is one of Maui’s leading litigators, having successfully advocated on behalf of clients in trials and arbitrations, focusing on disputes concerning real property, quiet title, business matters, construction defects, contractor issues, collections, commercial landlord tenant, partnership disputes, insurance coverage, community association, and related issues.
Loren also assists clients with matters including real property development, land use, real estate financing, contracting, entity formation and structuring, and related topics focused on land use and development.
Loren earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Hawaii-Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law, and has an Bachelors of Business Administration-Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is also in the process of obtaining an advanced law degree, an LL.M. from the University of Miami, where he is studying real property development. He is the past President of the Maui County Bar Association, and has served on various government boards.
